মোক্সাসিল ৫০০ (Moxacil 500) হলো 'এমোক্সিসিলিন' গ্রুপের একটি ব্রড-স্পেকট্রাম পেনিসিলিন অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক，যা কান, গলা, নাক, দাঁত, ফুসফুস, ত্বক ও মূত্রনালীর ব্যাকটেরিয়া সংক্রমণের চিকিৎসায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। এটি ভাইরাসের সংক্রমণে (যেমন সাধারণ ঠাণ্ডা বা ফ্লু) কাজ করে না।
প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের সাধারণ মাত্রা হলো ৫০০ মিলিগ্রাম ৮ থেকে ১২ ঘণ্টা পরপর, তবে সংক্রমণ অনুযায়ী ডোজ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। পেনিসিলিনে অ্যালার্জি থাকলে এটি ব্যবহার করা নিষেধ। পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ার মধ্যে রয়েছে বমি বমি ভাব, ডায়রিয়া বা র্যাশ।
